So I loved this cleanser, and have repurchased due to its lovely smell and consistency. However I do have a gripe with the new packaging. I dropped it in the shower, and now I can't get any of the product out, as the lid component must have broken internally. While I acknowledge this is partly a user error, I dont think id be the first, or last person, to drop a slippery bottle in the shower.
