At Go-To, the only thing we love as much as skin is gin. Which is why earlier this year we sneakily met up with the masters over at Four Pillars. The result? A few too many cocktails and the idea for a collaboration gin, aptly titled Your New Go-To Gin.
The wildly limited - and delicious - gin is bright and refreshing, made with quandong (native peach, of course) for sweetness and ruby grapefruit to keep it fresh and crisp. And to celebrate it’s launch, the gang at Four Pillars have also generously whipped up a couple of delicious cocktail recipes just in time for party season.
Everything you need to know to whip one (or three?) up for yourself is below. Enjoy! (That’s an order.)
Note! If you’re lucky enough to get your paws on Your New Go-To Gin, it will go perfectly in the cocktails below. But if you’re not, Four Pillars just so happen to have a heap of other options that you can sub in instead.

A crowd-pleasing G&T with a peachy Go-To twist.
What you'll need:
45mL Four Pillars x Go-To gin
90mL Tonic or Soda Water
What you'll do:
- Add your gin and mixer (tonic/soda water) to a glass over ice.
- Garnish with a slice of peach or lemon.
- That’s it! You’re done!
Fizz The Season
A bright, bubbly bellini perfect for a party or special occasion.
What you'll need:
45mL Four Pillars x Go-To gin
15mL Peach Liqueur
10mL Lemon Juice
Sparkling Wine or Soda Water
What you'll do:
- Add your gin, lemon juice, peach liqueur, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake.
- Fine strain into a flute.
- Top up the glass with sparkling wine or soda water.
- Garnish with a peach slice.
- Drink! Enjoy! Share! (Or don’t.)
