The hero ingredient here is 0.10% encapsulated retinal, a gentle form of vitamin A. The second superstar, peptides, help to lift any sagging skin around the eyes. Honey locust extract will smooth those crow's feet we keep mentioning, and reduce the appearance of under eye bags. And lastly, niacinamide and mushroom extract step in to soothe, protect and intensely hydrate the skin.

    When your eye cream works harder than you do

    Decrease works harder while I sleep than I do all day. I have smoother, fresher under-eyes and no irritation. Now I just need it to sort out my sleep schedule… and the kids
