Regulatory and Compliance Manager
(Full Time)

We are searching for an innovative, energetic, hands-on, team oriented, and customer focused Regulatory and Compliance Manager to join our amazing team.

 

About This Role:

This role requires preparing and supporting regulatory strategy as well as hands-on support for submissions when needed. You will ensure that products marketed under the Go-To brand are trusted by our consumer by ensuring that our formulations are safe, fit for purpose, and compliant.

You will look after the management and approval of claims, ingredients review, and oversee that any required licenses and registrations are maintained, and that the Development team are aware of any changes in regulatory frameworks that may impact our products.

You will act as the internal subject matter expert with a deep knowledge of regulations for all aspects of regulatory compliance across the markets that Go-To operate. This includes Australia, New Zealand, the US, UK and Europe, through interpretation of regulations and the application of appropriate regulatory risk management strategies designed to identify potential risk, evaluate consequences, and provide solutions for the organisation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate internally across our teams to generate and review product and ingredient submissions, support claims prior to product launch and identify any restrictions either from a regulatory perspective or a technical/ development ethos perspective and provide support as required on regulatory related projects / queries.
  • Act as the key point of contact for Go-To with key external agencies including AISIC, TGA, and ASCC.
  • To ensure that Go-To products that are Listed/Registered/Notified are always meeting the regulatory guidelines of the regulators and review them when there are new regulatory guidelines introduced by the regulators (e.g. new TGO requirements, claim changes etc).
  • Maintain any licensing or registration requirements on behalf of us as part of our compliance requirements (including the TGA, AICIS, APCO, CPNP)
  • To review product artwork against the compliance requirements of the regulators both at the time of new product development as well as changes introduced through new guidelines introduced by the regulatory agency or through re-formulation artwork changes.
  • Monitor regulatory landscape and communicate to senior leadership any impacts of guidelines and policies that can create business opportunities or impact for us.
  • Develop and maintain a suitable pharmacovigilance and audit process and work with the Quality function to ensure that any manufacturing requirements are understood and managed.
  • Refining the systems and methods used to continually improve the way in which we operate, to ensure we remain competitive and relevant within the market.

 

About You:

  • You will hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a scientific field - business administration, supply chain, procurement, management, engineering, industrial technology or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated 5+ years experience in a Regulatory Affairs field
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory affairs in relation to cosmetics and therapeutic products across the key markets of Australia, New Zealand, the US, and UK/EU.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills as well as the ability to
    build cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively with other
    groups.
  • Direct experience working with the TGA is highly desired.

  • The ability to think strategically as well as execute project details.
    Must be comfortable with ambiguity in a small, fast-paced environment
    Ability to balance strategy with execution, and not afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to recommend and support a position.
  • Effective stakeholder management and the ability to guide and influence
  • Ability to translate complex legislation for the internal and external stakeholders in an easily digestible manner

Finance Analyst
(Full Time)

We are searching for an awesome Finance Analyst to work with the Head of Finance and the Senior Management team to provide financial insight to the Go-To team to support our business growth plans.


About This Role:

You will partner with key business teams including the Product, Research & Development Team, Logistics and Sales & Marketing Teams to support the financial management, reporting, planning and analysis of projects and core business activities.
Your role will cover both BAU (month end, reporting and forecasting) and project work supporting the growth of the business and any system development.
Be a vital member of our small finance team, developing with the business as it grows.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of the business budget and quarterly forecasts working with senior management to review, analyse and manage spend.
    Own the monthly management reporting process for the relevant business teams providing insights and analysis vs the forecast, articulating key drivers of capex and opex spend including marketing CAC calculations.
  • Month end management reporting process which will include month end accruals and balance sheet reconciliations where applicable.
  • Support the review and commercial analysis of business cases.
  • Partnering with the Sales Team to provide accurate wholesale sales and margin analysis and projections.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, simplify and enhance core finance processes and reporting including month end, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Provide input into the rolling cash flow forecasting process.
  • Provide support into sales analysis (sales channel, region, product mix) as and when required.
  • Provide support on any other ad hoc project or system enhancement as required (development of standardised BI reports).
  • Help adherence to internal control policies as required

 

About You:

  • CA / CPA qualified
  • 3+ years experience including month end close, management reporting and business partnering
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial thinker, able to critically evaluate and solve problems
  • Self-starter who continuously improves processes and outcomes and willing to be hands on
  • Strong organisational and effective time management skills

Community Coordinator

We are a rapidly growing, Aussie skin care company with an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Community Team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will maintain all of the Go-To brands social media community and manage relationships with the wider digital community across Live Chat, emails and probably carrier pigeon etc. You will be responsible for listening, responding, questioning and engaging with the Go-To community. You will assist with customer service communication and processes. You will have an excellent choice in snacks and sauces.

OTHER STUFF

  • Management of all engagement and messaging on social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Go-To’s Facebook group
  • Being the voice of Go-To, Gro-To and Bro-To in the hyper-connected consumer purchasing process
  • You will be across all FAQs/canned responses
  • Responsible for prompt, efficient and helpful answering of customer enquiries via Gorgias system relating to a variety of issues
  • Knowledge of processes including refunds/returns/entering manual orders
  • You will pay close attention to customer feedback and report back to the team
  • Consistent execution of the Go-To website’s Live Chat
  • Management of Go-To website’s review and Q&A platform
  • Working collaboratively with the marketing team to be frontline representatives for team Go-To
