Ecommerce Specialist

The Ecommerce Specialist is a key role in the marketing team at Go-To, Bro-To and Gro-To. You will be responsible for executing the ecommerce strategy and managing the daily website operations, led by the Ecommerce Manager. You will have experience with Shopify and working with developers and UX designers. You will be obsessed with online shopping and delivering the best user experience. You will LOVE the colour peach!

Responsibilities

CONTENT MANAGEMENT

  • Manage promotions and product launches, in line with the marketing calendar and digital initiatives.
  • Managing all site content including homepage, product descriptions, images and collections.
  • Ensuring the quality and consistency of the content is accurate, relevant, displayed effectively and optimised for conversion and SEO.

 

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE

  • Monitor and Quality control the site daily to identify potential issues and ensure the highest standard of customer experience is delivered at all times.
  • Working closely with the UX designer and front-end developer on new website features, being responsible for testing and QA, supporting technical implementation of website updates and deployments.
  • Ownership of on-site search and merchandising, driving cross-/up-sell to increase conversion rate and AOV.
  • Working closely with the UX designer on CRO, website testing and personalisation.

 

REPORTING

  • Provide monthly ecommerce and post-campaign reports with focus on website performance, including traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, loyalty and revenue.
  • Work closely with the UX designer on customer journey and digital experience analytics to continuously improve the website and deliver actionable business insights for the marketing team and wider business departments.

 

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Support with the management of third-party partner agencies across web development, coordinating the execution of existing strategies whilst working collaboratively to develop new and future initiatives.
  • Ensuring relevant internal departments are kept informed of all website and ecommerce updates so we can always deliver the best customer experience.
  • Work closely with our product and warehouse teams to brief new product offering and ensure stock availability.

 

About You

  • Ecommerce/Digital Marketing and/or relevant Digital Technology tertiary qualification and/or related work experience.
  • Google Certifications (Analytics).
  • 3+ years experience in E-commerce and a similar role
  • Demonstrated Shopify experience, you’ll be able to hit the ground running.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and an ability to deep dive into the data to make suggestions on workflow redesigns or conversion optimisations.
  • Demonstrated experience working with A/B testing and personalization tools.
  • Demonstrated high level experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting.
  • Exposure to UX/UI with understanding of customer journey, optimisation and conversion rate optimisation.
  • A strong understanding of user experience, digital design and development techniques.
  • Proven experience executing digital projects and initiatives within time guidelines.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects, tasks and priorities.
  • Passion for emerging digital trends and technology
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience with project & task management online systems, ideally Asana.

This role is fulltime and based in Sydney. (Flexible WFH policy, obviously. It’s 2022.)

Salary is TBC depending on experience.

Wholesale Coordinator

The Wholesale Coordinator is a key role at Go-To, Bro-To and Gro-To. You will be responsible for ensuring the success of our brands with new retail partners by ensuring all retail partners from onboarding onwards receive a high level of support and a great experience at every stage of the partnership. You will update the business with the needs of the new partners to enable the business to better service the retail partner base. You will LOVE the colour peach!

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

  • Ensure effective support for Wholesale partners on all inventory/invoicing and order delivery requirements.
  • Ensure the processing of Orders for retail partners is in line with Brand and accounting Guidelines and agreed SLA
  • Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure forward sales forecasts are in place from each wholesale partner.
  • Give regular updates to the Procurement team to ensure Inventory Build and Production Planning are suitable and in advance of Retail Partner needs.
  • Work with 3PL operators to ensure the orders are packed to specific partner guidelines and also shipped on time as agreed PO specifications.
  • Provide regular updates to the Go-To finance team on expected Sales Order processing expected within the month as requested by the Finance Team.
  • Work closely with the demand planning team in advance of the Monthly forecasting meetings to ensure the forward view and expectations of the wholesale inventory requirements are clear and considered.
  • Manage the EDI system to ensure that it runs smoothly between the Retail partners and Go-To group.
  • Monitor and follow up on any Delivery Issues that are incurred with any of the retail partners.
  • Assist with the effective onboarding of new retail partners as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date information regarding the Retail partner within the Go-To inventory management system.
  • Assist with prospective retailers needs such as stock send and review of shipping and delivery guidelines.
  • Ensure retailer marketing support is executed in a timely manner e.g., sample and promotional send outs to stores and NIF forms complete.

 

About You

You will have:

  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
  • Marketing and Communications qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing supply chain logistics
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Marketing and Communications initiatives across the full range of Digital and Retail platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in managing customer issues from retail providers and 3pl providers and account management experience within the fashion/lifestyle/beauty industries.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating EDI with 3pl providers
  • Demonstrated high level logistics and supply chain management skills
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills with an ability to multitask and focus on detail
  • Solid Inventory Management systems knowledge
  • Excel spreadsheeting experience
  • Extensive knowledge of supply and logistics methodology within an onshore and offshore retail context
  • Working knowledge of retail requirements and experience of various brand guidelines
